Load Deflection Temperature (HDT) Testing Machine 'QC-657B'

Data output in Excel format! An easy-to-use interface with simple operations in a step-by-step format!

The "QC-657B" is a load deflection temperature (HDT) testing machine. It applies a constant stress in accordance with the testing method to the center of a sample supported at both ends. The sample is heated at a constant rate of 2°C per minute in a liquid heating bath, and the heat distortion temperature (HDT) is recorded when the deflection at the center reaches the specified value. With the optional cooling function, the testing cycle time can be significantly reduced. It can test up to three samples simultaneously and can accommodate both load deflection temperature tests and Vicat softening temperature tests by changing the testing fixtures. 【Features】 ■ 7-inch touch screen, displays measurement data for up to 3 samples ■ Data output in Excel format ■ User-friendly interface with easy operation in step format ■ Load deflection temperature measurement through fixture exchange *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

Load deflection temperature

The oil temperature is raised at a constant rate (120°C/h), and a specified bending stress is applied to the sample, with the temperature at which the specified deflection is reached being defined as the load deflection temperature.

JIS K7191, ISO 75, ASTM D648 The oil temperature is raised at a constant rate (120℃/h), and a specified bending stress is applied to the sample. The temperature at which the specified deflection is reached is referred to as the load deflection temperature. It is used as one of the indicators of the heat resistance of plastics.
